Jo Huxtable
Chairman, Taxation Committee
Jo is a Tax Partner in Deloitte's financial services tax practice and heads up Deloitte's tax practice in Guernsey. She started her career in the UK working for Andersen where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser. Since moving to Guernsey in 2003, she has provided direct and indirect tax services to clients in a wide range of industry sectors.
Jo has been an active member of the Taxation Committee for several years and took over as Chairman in April 2010; she is also on the committee for the Chartered Institute of Taxation. More recently, Jo has been involved with a tax professionals' working party reviewing Statements of Practice drafted by the Tax Office to clarify the day to day working of the new Zero-10 law.
